Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC (ORC PLC) is a Board of Investment (BOI) approved Flagship Company incorporated in Sri Lanka in 1980 to undertake principal activities of investment, development, trading and management of real estate. It is a Public Listed Company, 90% owned by the Singapore based real estate specialists, the Shing Kwan Group.
The Company's portfolio of investment property includes the US$130 million state-of-the-art World Trade Center, Colombo (WTC) which it developed, owns and manages. WTC comprises two towers of 39 floors each with over 700,000 sq.ft. of prime commercial and retail space. Since its official opening in 1997, WTC remains the most preferred and sought after business address in Sri Lanka.
With its investment in the Havelock City project through Mireka Capital Land, ORC PLC gets even closer to achieving its vision of strategically positioning itself as the single largest real estate investment, development, trading and management company in Sri Lanka
