Havelock City recently commenced the second stage of construction on its highly successful phase 2 of luxury apartments. The 2 towers, Layards and Davidson, consisting 218 luxury condominiums with 2, 3, 4 bedroom units and a number of plush penthouses will now undergo the construction of its building structure.
The construction is handled by the award winning general contractor, International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd (ICC). As Sri Lanka's leading contractor, ICC boasts over 3 decades of expertise in construction under multi-sectors both local and international.
Designed by internationally renowned architects, the second phase of the project will contain the Layards and Davidson towers along with the clubhouse which too is currently under construction. The successful first phase of the project, Park and Elibank towers are now in occupation.
